GARNERE COMPANY WRITE-UP Press boilerplate Garnere enables enterprises and authorized forwarders to access a collections law firm network and direct their own commercial legal recovery channel. Its intended platform brings together account records, litigation viability assessment and coordination with counsel through Connect, Assess and Manage. Enterprises retain authorization over their accounts, and retained counsel exercises independent legal judgment. About Garnere Garnere focuses on commercial legal recovery: the consideration and pursuit, through retained collections counsel, of unpaid business accounts and invoices. Garnere's role is to enable enterprises and authorized forwarders to access a law firm network and direct their own legal recovery channel. The model connects account information, assessment and counsel collaboration without replacing the enterprise's recovery strategy or the attorney's professional responsibilities. Garnere is not a law firm, a collection agency or an outsourced recovery manager. Who Garnere serves Enterprises, including retailers and other businesses with unpaid commercial invoices, can use Garnere directly to support their legal recovery channel. They set strategy, choose which accounts to refer and retain approval rights. Authorized forwarders can access the same law firm network alongside the other recovery channels they manage. They retain the enterprise relationship and direct work within the enterprise's authority. Direct enterprise access and forwarder-led access are alternative ways to use the model. Collections law firms with commercial experience can apply to join the network and consider suitable assignments. Participation and assignments are subject to review, fit and enterprise authorization. Membership does not guarantee work. Connect Connect describes how teams would bring account data, records and instructions into their legal channel. The intended workflows include batch files over SFTP, on-demand API requests and assisted handling for teams working with simpler manual processes. Contracts, invoices, statements and correspondence support review. An eligibility request is separate from a placement referral. Integration scope and working arrangements need to be agreed before implementation. Assess Assess describes account-level litigation viability review. The proposed approach considers the supporting records, account and relationship history, disputes, enterprise risk tolerance, available remedies, court requirements and applicable time limits. Business existence and operating status matter independently of a formal bankruptcy filing. Bankruptcy, earlier litigation and other flags call for careful review rather than automatic exclusion. Assessment supports decisions; it does not authorize a lawsuit or guarantee a recovery. Manage Manage describes how enterprises and authorized forwarders would track account stages, exchange records and instructions with counsel, review exceptions and compare local-partner performance. The intended approach includes scorecards and business allocations among firms in the same state. Enterprise business profiles would give counsel context about products, billing policies and enterprise-approved hardship, modification and workout options. These tools are intended to support two-way collaboration and counsel's professional duties, not to substitute for legal judgment. Authority and availability Enterprises retain authorization, including decisions requiring their approval. Forwarders act within the enterprise's mandate. Retained counsel independently reviews matters and remains responsible for legal advice, case strategy and representation. No model independently authorizes or files a suit. Connect, Assess and Manage describe Garnere's intended experience based on current company materials. These descriptions are not independent verification that every capability is live. Availability, implementation scope and engagement arrangements should be confirmed with Garnere before use.
